ReplyDeleteMy favorite coffee from Starbucks is the instant packets.
I've had Planter Fasciitis, but never really bad. I rolled my feet on a "Stick" before running. It lasted for 3 weeks but I could still run as long as I rolled my feet.
Just joined your blog, will try your challenge though....
ReplyDeleteDon't like coffee, but I like Awake Tea Lattes.
I did foot stretches every morning when I woke before I got out of bed and wear a brace to bed if I feel it acting up. I also use KT tape on runs.
I will spread the word on my blog on my next post.
Okay, I've added you on my Google page, and I think I can follow you directly through Blogger with by blog.
ReplyDeleteI get the same thing, always, at S-bucks: Grande Soy Latte with sugar in the raw (unless I'm really tired, then I get an extra espresso shot).
Kind of a punt on the PF, but WebMD recommends giving it a rest. Biking is probably a good option.
Ok- so here I am!!!! My virtual 5k. I'm gonna say my time was 23:20. Ran an 8k today to gear up for turkey day! Gobble gobble!
